  • This program is designed for athletes and goes beyond traditional bodybuilding or general weight training. It caters to the unique demands of each sport, focusing on enhancing performance and reducing injury risk. Training is tailored to each athlete's experience, competitive level, and injury history, ensuring a comprehensive and individualized approach to meet the requirements of their sport.

  • Olympic Weightlifting, consisting of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, is open to everyone, from beginners to advanced lifters. No athletic background is needed to start learning or improving these techniques. This training can also benefit athletes aiming to become more explosive and powerful, making it a valuable tool for skill development at all experience levels.

  • Personal Training Sessions – We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will need to either forfeit the session or reschedule it for another time within the same week. Casual sessions must be prepaid or paid on the day.

    Online Coaching – A minimum commitment of 12 weeks is required to ensure meaningful progress and uphold the high standards of our coaching service. If you choose to cancel before the 12-week period, you will be required to pay for the full term.

  • FACE TO FACE COACHING- For beginners to intermediate athletes, these 60-minute sessions can be a drop-in or regular face-to-face coaching designed to refine your technique, deliver immediate results, and equip you with the tools to continue improving independently.

    If you’re a current member, the session will focus on a day of your custom program, providing hands-on guidance from your coach to maximize your progress.
